Tacos Los Cholos is Fantastico!

It was great. Being the Gringo that I am, I did have some difficulty with the menu...... Here is a little cheat sheet for you on what things mean.

Regular Meats

Adobada - al pastor
Asada - steak (very common at mexican restaurants)
Chorizo - mexican pork sausage
Tripas - beef intestines (not for me!!!!)

Prime Meats

Arrachera - outside skirt steak
Cecina - thick slices air-dried beef
Costilla - chopped beef rib
Mushrooms
Pork Belly

Premium Meats

Filet Mignon - 1855 black angus prime
Ribeye - 1855 black angus prime
