I started blogging again in July 2023 after some job changes and my children growing up which gave me a lot more discretionary time. I do this for me, but I hope some others find my posts interesting or useful in some way.

It's been a year since I reached a turning point in my approach to health. In the past two weeks, I've become deeply engrossed in resolving some ongoing health questions, gathering insights from various books. I had some nagging questions such as:
1. From a scientifice viewpoint, how much probiotic food do I need to eat in a day? Do I have to eat this everyday? Do they runout? What are the number of probiotics per serving in the different probiotic foods?
2. What is the best way to change my "body set weight"?
3. Can you gain muscle while loosing weight? If so, how? What is the best way to to build muscle with a simple home gym?
4. What is the best diet for me in my personal situation?
I Have Answers!
The good news is that I was able to dig deep enought that I think I found some great answers that I will be posting about in the upcoming weeks on many different health topics.
