I started blogging again in July 2023 after some job changes and my children growing up which gave me a lot more discretionary time. I do this for me, but I hope some others find my posts interesting or useful in some way.

Here is the story of a Neurosurgeon that has had a mid-life-crisis and shares what he has learned after practicing medicine as a Neurosurgeon for nearly 10 years. He gives up his practice because he realized that we can solve many of our health issues by Healthy Living.
I Encourage All of Us to Deep Dive Into Each of His Suggestions
I don't think anyone can argue that these things are good for us:
Eat Better, Exercise More, Consume less salt, Sweat more, Get good sleep, Have good friendships, Lower your stress, meditate, be mindful. In fact if you have read Outlive, by Peter Attia, you will basically come up with a very similar list. Each of these items can be explored more deeply to maximize their benefit. I am not sure if this channel goes deeper into these items, but I am thankful to hear his story and I am encouraged that some of the recent changes in my life are validated by what he has experienced.
