Our good friend, Jay, told us about his favorite dive - Tacos Los Cholos. Here is what we thought about it:
Tacos Los Cholos is Fantastico!
It was great. Being the Gringo that I am, I did have some difficulty with the menu...... Here is a little cheat sheet for you on what things mean.
Regular Meats
Adobada - al pastorAsada - steak (very common at mexican restaurants)
Chorizo - mexican pork sausage
Tripas - beef intestines (not for me!!!!)
Prime Meats
Arrachera - outside skirt steakCecina - thick slices air-dried beef
