Here is a timeline for growing Cauliflower From Seed. From sowing to harvest in 2023-2024.

I am trying the Cauliflower variety Snowball Y this year. The seeds are probably 7-years-old, so I will have to see what the germination rate is if anything. My philosophy is that it is always safe to try it as long as you have enought time to recover if none of them germinate.
