Back in 2017 and 2020 I was playing around with the Arduino to do a few projects for work and at home. I still have the development board with an led sticking in the breadboard, and when I plugged it into the 9V battery, magically it still flashed. I want to figure out how to do all this once again.

Overview of the Arduino Setup

1. I dug up my old board I bought in 2017.
2. I found the software on the Arduino.cc website and installed it.
3. I plugged in the USB cable from my computer to the Arduino and Installed my old Led Blinking Cable 4. It worked, only taking about half an hour!

The Microsoft Store Did Not Have a Link

Since the Microsoft Store download section was greyed out, I had to resort to going to the arduino.cc website. I clicked the Windows 10 link and the software executable downloaded. Let's see how this goes.....

I was able to navigate to the software section of the arduino website, and found the Windows 10 link to download the software executable file to my computer.

Multiple Windows Popped Up Requiring Access

I had to click 'Install' and 'Allow Access' multiple times, but after that, everything seemed to install correctly.
