As you know I attended the Sour Dough Festival at 123 Farm and mistakenly attended a lecture by Dr. Kevin Ham. This was on of the catalysts that caused me to dramatically change my Health Habits and Lifestyle. I am excited to go back and listend to his lecture once again with renewed interest and more knowledge about Health and Nutrition.

123 Farm Overview

123 Farm is nestled within the historic property now known as Highland Springs Ranch & Inn, which dates back to 1884 when it was established first as a stagecoach stop and later developed into a health resort in the late 1920s. Today you can experience the whimsical aesthetic of twinkling lights throughout the property, learn about the health benefits from fermented and organic foods, and participate in workshops of culinary and craft goods and so much more!
