They called me in about 20 seconds, and I was talking to a real, live, human being in about a minute. That person was very helpful and helped solve my problem. They knew who I was from my phone number and they were able to pull up my account and see what the pending return was in their system so we could talk about my issue.COMMENT BOARD [00131]
